Targets first
Tarna's nutrition desk uses Mifflin-St Jeor for TDEE, then macros you can assign to the client. Cut and maintain starter days ship in the library. You can add studio foods the catalog does not have.
Logs in ordinary words
The client writes what they ate. You read it. No screenshot dump. Searchable catalog when they want precision, plain language when they do not.
Meals as a plan, not a PDF
Drop a meal CSV onto Nutrition, then Plans. Library cards can assign. The week and the food live next to each other so a cut phase is not a separate product.
Questions
- Does Tarna replace MyFitnessPal?
- For coaching, yes — the log sits next to the program. Clients who love a public food database can keep it.
