Step 1
Export what you already have
Clients from Trainerize, TrueCoach, Everfit, My PT Hub, or a spreadsheet. Names and emails are enough to start.
Step 2
Drop the CSV on the desk
Open /app/import after you create a studio. Matching emails update. Duplicates do not clone.
Step 3
Invite from the roster
Each person gets a /join link. They set a password, add the phone to the home screen, and tomorrow's session is waiting.
