Accounts
You are responsible for the studio you open: clients you invite, staff you seat, and charges you run through Stripe. Clients accept an invite and keep their login private.
Plans
Starter is free with a client cap. Studio and Floor are monthly subscriptions billed by Stripe. Package payments are between the coach and the client. Refunds follow the studio’s own policy and Stripe’s tools in the owner desk.
Acceptable use
No scraping other studios, no uploading images of people who did not consent, no using the AI drafts as a substitute for a licensed clinician.
