A personal trainer CRM that is just the desk

A CRM for a 30-person roster should not feel like enterprise sales. It should answer: who asked, what they want, and whether they are on the floor yet.

Forms that become leads

Save templates on /app/forms. Public URLs at /apply and /form. A finished application lands on /app/leads. The coach sees a person, not a Typeform export.

Marketplace intros

Clients who finish the region quiz request an intro. It hits the desk, not a shared bid board. List city, region, in-person or online in Settings.

Then they are just clients

Once they join, the CRM job is over. The roster, the week, the check-in, and the package take over. Do not keep a second database of the same humans.
